1. Identification of the Entity
Legal name: MintClinic Lda
Tax number (NIF): 516 838 598
Address: Avenida Marquês de Tomar 5B, 1050-152 Lisbon, Portugal
Telephone: +351 211 552 308

2. Purpose of the Website
The Mint Clinic website is an informative and institutional platform which also allows online appointment booking and payment of the corresponding booking fee, under the terms set out in point 11. The contracting of treatments is carried out in person at the clinic, following an assessment appointment and the presentation of the corresponding treatment plan.
The information presented is of a general nature and is intended to explain the services made available by the clinic; it does not replace in-person appointments, clinical diagnoses or recommendations from healthcare professionals.
3. Appointment Booking
Appointments may be booked by two routes: through the contact forms available on the website or through online booking.
The contact forms on the website serve to collect requests for information, requests to be contacted and appointment requests from the user. Submission of the form does not guarantee an appointment booking.
After the form has been completed, the Mint Clinic team will make contact by e-mail or telephone to confirm availability, scheduling and procedures.
Online booking allows the user to select the service, the practitioner and the date and time desired, and is subject to prior payment of the booking fee, under the terms set out in point 11. The booking is only considered confirmed once that fee has been successfully collected.
Changes to and cancellations of appointments are always handled directly with the clinical team, under the terms set out in point 11.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including texts, images, videos, logos, graphics and design — is the property of MintClinic Lda or is used with the authorisation of its rights holders.
The reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission or use of any content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

However, no system is entirely invulnerable. The user is responsible for ensuring secure browsing and for keeping their equipment protected.
11. Online Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
The booking of a first appointment through the website is subject to the prior payment of a booking fee of €60, which is deducted from the price of the appointment or of the treatment carried out.
The booking is only considered confirmed once the booking fee has been successfully collected. Until payment has been completed, no appointment exists and no time slot is reserved.
Payment is processed through Ifthenpay, Lda.
Cancellations and rescheduling are handled directly with the clinic, by telephone on 211 552 308 or by WhatsApp on 918 393 844; they cannot be carried out through the website.
The cancellation or rescheduling request must be received by the clinic by 11:59 p.m. on the second working day before the day of the appointment. By way of example: for an appointment scheduled for a Thursday, the request must be received by 11:59 p.m. on the Monday; for an appointment scheduled for a Friday, by 11:59 p.m. on the Tuesday. Within this period, the booking fee is refunded or the appointment is rescheduled at no additional cost.
One rescheduling is permitted. A second change entails the payment of a new booking fee.
In the event of cancellation outside the period indicated, or of failure to attend the appointment, the booking fee is not refunded.
For Dental Emergency, Teeth Whitening and Dental Restoration appointments, where no treatment takes place (observation and radiography only), the amount due for the appointment is €100.
